I already use the Telegram bot. Do I need a new account?

No. Sign in with the same Telegram-bot email and password to keep access to your existing balance and proxies.

Do my proxy credentials change when I rotate IP?

No. Your Super 5G host, port, username and password stay the same. Only the available mobile route behind the connection changes.

Which proxy protocols are supported?

HTTP and SOCKS5 are supported. You choose the protocol when creating the proxy.

How do new website customers pay?

New website accounts use a Super 5G wallet. Wallet funding is processed through the configured online payment checkout.

What if a location or carrier has no available route?

The dashboard shows availability before creation. If a selected route is unavailable, choose another available location or carrier.
